At Brampton School of Music we believe that you should always be learning a song you love while at same time learning specific music that helps you grow as a musician. Don't worry though, those songs sound good too.
PERFORM IN PIANO RECITALS
One great way to gauge if you or your children are really learning is to participate in piano recitals. Performing in recitals means that you need to practice your music even more to prepare for the performance. This also gives you and your teacher something specific to focus on in your lessons. Many studies have shown that students who perform regularly stay in piano lessons longer and find the experience more rewarding. Here at Brampton School of Music we offer a minimum of 2 recitals every year. These concerts are free for our students. There are no tickets to purchase or participation fees on any kind.
